Community Opportunities
We are looking for 2 community minded volunteers who can commit to volunteering one day a month for a year, to build local permaculture projects at Lillian Baylis Old School. It would be desirable, but is not necessary for volunteers to have permaculture skills, as the project will be supervised and training will be given. Volunteers should have the ability to engage with the community, be comfortable getting young and old people involved, be self motivated and reliable. Some basic gardening, building, carpentry or similar skills would be useful, but not mandatory.
